Happy Thanksgiving!

I don't know about you, but I love Thanksgiving. I like to take time to reflect on the year and be grateful for all the experiences - both good and not so good - this past year has had. I'm constantly in awe of the work God is doing in our lives and we are just so, so blessed to be farming as a family. This is literally the life my husband and I dreamed of for many years and it is not lost on us that we are living it!

This year we have provided approximately 1,350lbs of nutrient-dense, all-natural beef to families. And we are projected to triple that for 2025!

What does that mean for our farm? It means the cows are starting to pay for their feed and cover some of our land mortgage. What does that mean for our family? We can stop using savings, off-farm income and credit to pay for the cows.

It might not seem like much but this is a big deal! This tells us, we can do this!! We can make a living and do what we love and provide people with superior beef that is raised with so much love and dedication. AND IT'S ALL POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS!

So this Thanksgiving please know it is you we are saying a special thanks to. We are very excited for what 2025 has in store for our farm and we look forward to providing even more of you with our homegrown, high-quality beef.

Love and blessings,

The Vincent Family

Hello October! I have deja vu as I type this. In our September newsletter I was talking about Hurricane Debby and now I'm talking about Hurricane Helene. I think everyone can relate when I say, no more storms please!!! We were impacted by all 3 that have come ashore in the Big Bend in the last 13 months but thankfully we have been very fortunate. We lost the majority of our barn in Idalia and the rest is gone from Helene but all of our animals are safe and so is our family! We will rebuild...

Hi There! August was a whirlwind - literally! Our area had another direct hit from a major hurricane. Debby was more of a rain event and since our property sits high we were spared any flooding. We had some trees damaged but nothing compared to Idalia last year, thank goodness! Our steers continue to grow and are a great looking bunch! We took a couple of cows to the butcher this month and our customers, as well as us, will be picking up our fresh beef next week! I cannot wait to fill our...
