Hello August! Monthly Newsletter

Hi There!

We've been blessed with lots of rain in July and the grass and cows are happy! The steers are putting on weight and looking really good as well.

We have beef available for September 13th pickup and we will be scheduling more butcher dates into the fall/winter. If you want beef, just reply to this email and I'll send you more info!

We have just this week cut and baled our hay lease for the first time. It was a race to get it all done before the tropical storm but the boys worked hard and got it all done and under cover. We are really excited to have all natural, no-spray hay for the cows this winter!

We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary in July and we saved filet mignons from our last beef share - they were in the freezer for almost 10 months and still tasted fresh! They were delicious!!

We want to hear from you! Would you like a smaller option (other than quarter, half, whole) like a sampler box in the $300-500 range? If so, please let us know by replying to this email. We are always looking for ways to better serve our customers!

Wishing you a healthy and happy August!

Thank you for supporting our farm,

The Vincent Family

Happy Thanksgiving! I don't know about you, but I love Thanksgiving. I like to take time to reflect on the year and be grateful for all the experiences - both good and not so good - this past year has had. I'm constantly in awe of the work God is doing in our lives and we are just so, so blessed to be farming as a family. This is literally the life my husband and I dreamed of for many years and it is not lost on us that we are living it! This year we have provided approximately 1,350lbs of...

Hello October! I have deja vu as I type this. In our September newsletter I was talking about Hurricane Debby and now I'm talking about Hurricane Helene. I think everyone can relate when I say, no more storms please!!! We were impacted by all 3 that have come ashore in the Big Bend in the last 13 months but thankfully we have been very fortunate. We lost the majority of our barn in Idalia and the rest is gone from Helene but all of our animals are safe and so is our family! We will rebuild...
