Hello and Happy New Year!

January has been cold so far in North Florida and we have flurries forecasted for next week! 🥶 ❄️

Our cows are getting plenty of hay and that’s the most important thing in keeping them warm. Their stomachs act as a furnace so as long as they have forage in front of them, they will stay warm! The calves also love to sleep in the hay.

We will have beef available every month this year. And we are off to a great start - we are almost sold out through March. If you know you want beef, let us know what month and we’ll put you on the calendar. We will confirm with you about a month before and collect your deposit.

Hi there! It’s starting to feel like spring around the farm, especially this last week. The leaves are budding out on the trees and our grass is green and starting to grow. Hi there! We have been full speed ahead here at the farm. We have sent 3 steers to the butcher already. These have been big and beautiful - averaging 725lbs hanging.
